What the app does
Photo logging
Point the camera at your plate. The AI names the foods, estimates the portions and fills in calories and macros — usually in under ten seconds.
Voice logging
Say what you ate instead of typing it. Useful for mixed meals, restaurant food and anything a photo cannot show, like the oil in the pan.
Barcode scanning
Exact label data for packaged products, drawn from Open Food Facts, with the serving size you actually ate.
AI coach
Ask what to eat with 600 calories left, have a meal corrected, or get your week summarised. The coach reads your real logged data — and can write to it.
Macros and nutrients
Protein, carbs and fat on every entry, plus targets for individual nutrients such as protein, fibre, iron or vitamin D.
Health sync
Apple Health and Google Health Connect feed in steps, workouts and weight, so your calorie balance reflects what you actually burned.
How a meal gets logged
- Open the camera in the app and take one photo of the plate.
- The AI lists the foods it recognised with an estimated portion for each.
- Adjust anything that is off — portion, weight, number of servings — or add an item.
- Save. Calories and macros land on today's dashboard against your goal.
Prefer words to pictures? Describe the meal by voice, or scan the barcode for packaged food to use the exact label values.
